Board of Directors

We offer board assessment, succession, transformation, and director search. We conduct Board Director searches of the highest quality for a flat fee which is significantly lower than retained search industry standard fees which are based on size of client. Importantly, we have a proven track record of bringing outstanding diverse talent to the Boardroom table; and last year, all of our placements were women. Two of our director search projects ended with double placements, a testament to the high quality of our slates. We also provide high touch client service and move rapidly to deliver the competencies, skill sets, and cultural fit important to success in your boardroom. For board assessment, succession, and transformation services, we charge a project fee a portion of which may be credited against resulting director search assignments.


Executive/Senior Leadership Team Search

We conduct retained executive search services, including confidential assignments, for up to 25% less than search industry standard fees. We also provide a 24-month guarantee of our placements and place your organization off limits for a similar 24 months – twice industry norms.


Succession Planning Services

We will assist you in evaluating and upgrading your organization and succession planning processes; or, if appropriate, we will partner with you to put one in place.  For these and related services (executive assessment, individual development planning, mentoring, coaching, etc.), we will charge a monthly retainer based on the size and scale of the project. We may also apply a portion of these project fees against future retained search retainers.


Our Innovative New Business Model

Our innovative business model is designed to dramatically change the relationship between you and your search firm to support your organization and succession plans. When you identify a “high risk role” – a position without a ‘ready now’ or ‘ready within 12 months’ successor for which you anticipate turnover (promotion, termination, retirement, resignation, or health) – we will execute a totally-confidential search, from start to finish, to identify, recruit, and hire the right successor for that post. We work strategically and proactively, well ahead of need, and follow a time-tested, disciplined process to protect your organization’s identity. For this form of search project, our monthly retainer fee will be 40-50% less than what clients typically pay for a fully “open” search (one billed in 3 equal installments). Ultimately, the final retainer will be 25% of the successful candidate’s first year’s estimated cash compensation.
